Does the care home need to install anything?

*Price is £24.99 pcm, this includes the handsets and call bundle (Calls to numbers beginning with 01, 02, 03 & 07 are inclusive in the bundle tariff for calls delivered in the UK. Calls to redirect services, WiFi services, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not included in the bundle minutes.)

One new telephone number will be issued to the handset based on the local area code, the handset is provided too.

If you have an existing land line number that they wish to retain then we can discuss to arrange this.

All billing is via Direct Debit Mandate only and the subscription fee is billed a month in advance.

Cancellation is based on a 30 days notice, the subscription will terminate on the last day of the following month. Cancellation of the Direct Debit will also be taken as notification of cancellation and no further action is required.
